No. We offer the same pricing across all 19 GTA cities we serve. Whether your property is in downtown Toronto, Oakville, or Oshawa, you receive the same rates, the same certified installers, and the same warranty coverage. There are no travel surcharges or distance fees within our service area.

Q: How far does your service area extend?

Our service area covers the entire Greater Toronto Area, from Hamilton in the southwest to Oshawa in the east, and from Toronto's waterfront up to Newmarket and Aurora in the north. Q: Can you do a free site visit at my property outside Toronto?

Absolutely. We provide free on-site estimates at any property within our 19-city GTA service area. Our estimators travel to your property, assess the scope of work, and provide a detailed written quote at no cost and with no obligation. Site visits typically take 30-45 minutes.

Q: Do you serve areas outside the GTA?

Our primary service area is the Greater Toronto Area covering 19 cities. For projects outside the GTA but within Southern Ontario, please contact us to discuss. We occasionally take on larger commercial and industrial fireproofing projects in Kitchener-Waterloo, Barrie, Peterborough, and other Southern Ontario cities.
